What's Included in Professional Window Cleaning?

A standard interior + exterior visit from Blue Ribbon includes inside and outside glass, hand-cleaned screens, wiped tracks and sills, detailed frames, and a final walkthrough so you can point out anything to touch up.
What a standard visit covers
- Interior and exterior glass on every window in scope.
- Window screens removed, hand-cleaned, and reinstalled.
- Tracks vacuumed or brushed and then wiped.
- Sills wiped down to remove dust, pollen, and bug debris.
- Frames detailed so the edges of the glass aren't grimy.
- Final walkthrough so anything missed gets touched up before we leave.
What's not included by default (but can be added)
A standard clean uses normal cleaning solution and squeegee work. Glass with bonded mineral deposits, paint specks, or construction overspray needs a different process — we quote those as add-ons so you only pay for what your glass actually needs.
Hard water stain removal
For glass that has visible mineral etching from sprinklers, we run a separate restoration step. See our hard water stain removal page for details.
Construction cleanup
Post-construction glass often has stucco, paint, and tape residue. That's a scraper-and-pad process priced per pane — covered on our construction window cleaning page.
Screen repair or rescreen
If a screen has a tear or a bent frame, we can repair or rescreen on the spot if material is in stock.
How long it typically takes
A typical Murrieta or Temecula home (around 25–35 windows, single story) takes 1.5–3 hours for a full inside-and-out service. Two-story homes and homes with French panes take longer.

› Do you move furniture?
We move light items if they're in the way, but for safety we ask homeowners to clear breakables and large furniture from in front of windows.
› Are screens included automatically?
Yes — every interior + exterior service includes hand-cleaning screens. Exterior-only service does not include screens unless requested.
› What if I notice a streak after you leave?
Call or text and we'll come back. Our satisfaction guarantee means a streak isn't done — it's a touch-up.
